Refund Policy

Q1 - Can I return an item/cancel a delivery?

Yes, we’ll be pleased to take back any items that are in a resell-able condition within 10 days of purchase.

You can arrange return by drop off or collection by emailing us at info@skbuildingproductsltd.co.uk or calling 01508 532200 (Ext 2) with your order number and product details. The return of perishable items (i.e. cement, plaster) will not be accepted. 

Please note that our minimum charge for our collection service is 15% of the order value and may be more depending on your location and product type. Once the products have been returned, you will be refunded within 7 working days.

 

Q2 - How do I return a faulty or damaged product?

We'll be pleased to give you a refund or exchange if you tell us about the problem within 10 days of delivery.
