Shipping Policy

WE OFFER FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £25 WITHIN A 10 MILE RADIUS OF OUR STORE

If you are outside of this shipping area, please call the office on 01508 532200 (Ext2) so we can arrange delivery, OR, alternatively, we offer a CLICK & COLLECT service

While lead times may differ from product to product, once we have received your order, delivery will be made within 3 working days. If your requirement is urgent or if you would like to know exactly when your delivery will be arriving then give us a call on 01508 532200 (ext 2) and specific arrangements can be made.

On the rare occasion that an item become out of stock after an order is placed - we will contact you to confirm a new delivery date or, if you so wish, you are free to cancel the order.

In addition to our delivery options, we also offer a free click and collect service on all items available via our website.

Once payment is made you will receive an order confirmation, followed by a further email of when your order is ready for pickup from our store. Please bring your confirmation email with you when you collect.
